2. Services Offered
MegaMart provides e-commerce business services in the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to online store setup, product listing, payment processing support, and logistics coordination. All services are subject to availability and our current service descriptions. We may modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for services must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days if approved. No refunds are available for services already rendered or digital products delivered.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not use MegaMart’s services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any laws in the United Arab Emirates. MegaMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
